The following sets out the terms and conditions on which we are willing to appoint you as an agent.

Your appointment will become effective once you have agreed to the terms.

  1. You will be allocated a set of access numbers, which are unique to you. It is expected that you will promote CHEAPESTCHAT’s services.
  2. As agents, your duty will be to market the service using your contacts and all other ways (websites, leaflets, media programs, etc.).

    It is further agreed that you will not:

    • Use any publicity material without permission
    • Make any representations or commitments on behalf of CHEAPESTCHAT.
  3. You are not required to meet any specific targets or keep any particular hours. You can decide your own way of working to maximize your profit.
  4. Should you decide to offer any telephone services with 0907 access numbers not supplied by CHEAPESTCHAT, we will deem this agreement to be terminated. Your service will consist of CHEAPESTCHAT’s prices.
  5. You will receive commission on all top-ups made to your £1.00 access number at the rate of up to 10% in total of clients total monthly spend inclusive of VAT. (6% until monthly usage turnover of £600 is reached)
  6. CHEAPESTCHAT will only calculate and pay monthly commission cheques of £10 and above.
  7. After the first 3 months of your agency, we will not be obliged to pay you commission in respect of any month where the total monthly spend (inclusive of VAT) generated by your clients total less than £300.00
  8. We will send you a commission cheque once a month – following receipt of your invoice from figures provided by our proforma advice note.
  9. If you are registered for VAT, it is your responsibility to send us VAT invoices in respect of commission due to you, if applicable. You will also be responsible for paying income tax and any applicable National Insurance on your commission income. You will not be employees of CHEAPESTCHAT.
  10. Your appointment as agents will last for an initial period of 12 month, and will be automatically renewed thereafter for successive 12-month periods provided you remain active (i.e. total monthly usage inclusive of VAT, generated by your clients, totals above £400.00. We will retain the right to terminate your appointment at any time if you commit a material breach of your obligations as an agent under this agreement. Termination will not affect your right to commission earned up to the date your agency ceases.
  11. It is your responsibility to notify us if any of your details change (i.e. if you change your address).
  12. In the unlikely event of cessation of service for any reason, CHEAPESTCHAT’s liability will be limited to commissions accrued at the date of cessation.
  13. No waiver by CHEAPESTCHAT of any of its rights under this agreement will affect the enforcement of those rights at a later date.
  14. CHEAPESTCHAT reserve the right to vary the terms of your appointment without prior notice.
  15. English law will govern the agreement between us.
